As Anthony becomes increasingly coordinated, he likes to play with his toys more and more. Above, he's in his play center, moving the plastic rings around. He has also been able to spin the little frog you see next to the rings, and he's developed quite the attraction to the little yellow smiley-faced sun you can see in the background. He'll get all wide-eyed and just stare and stare; then eventually he'll start "talking" to the sun. I always wonder what he's saying, and just what he thinks the sun is saying in return...
He also continues to enjoy his gym, batting at the dangling objects with growing force. In the video below, I think he hints at a bright future as a beach volleyball player.

Anthony is so intent as he plays! We love to see that look of concentration as he analyzes the toys. It is nice that he has a personal relationship with the flower! I think he has a longer attention span than we do, when I think of how we channel surf. Maybe we would all be better off turning the tv off and looking at the flowers!
Yeah, look at that serve! You are right about the beach volley ball player I think. Ooh, Anthony is so sweet I just wanted to gobble him up on the first video and then I get to the 2nd one and look at the front of him. It is an alligator and it says CHOMP!. Oh dear. So maybe I had just better stick to the hugging and loving part. If only I could. Thank you so much, Kelly and Brandon, for sharing Anthony with all of us. Technology is wonderful, isn't it? Love you all. Shirley
Wow! Anthony is so good at it. I like the toy. Kelly, do you know who makes it? Thanks.
Hey Olivia! I hope you're feeling good and getting ready for the new little one! I am pretty sure Fisher Price makes the baby gym, and Baby Einstein makes the play center. We've had good luck with both -- they seem to be sturdy and good quality.
Talk to you later!
