Hi, Grandma and Grandpa Schaffer!

Anthony continues to get to know his family, joyfully welcoming Grandma and Grandpa Char and Dave Schaffer -- Brandon's parents -- this week. As these photos suggest, that means the little guy once again has no shortage of laps and arms to enjoy. He has certainly taken full advantage, spending his days going from Char to Dave to Kelly to Brandon to Char to Dave to Kelly to Brandon...you get the point.

Anthony also enjoyed a big outing on Wednesday! He traveled to mom's office to meet her co-workers (again, more sets of new arms to enjoy -- Anthony is certainly shaping up to be a "people person!") and have his photos taken by one of mom's colleagues! He was extremely cooperative during the whole affair, spending half of the photo session in dream land but then coming to in order to provide some open-eyed shots. An early sample suggests the photos turned out gorgeous -- we'll share some once we get all the proofs!

Here's one of the little outfits Anthony chose for his photo shoot. He felt very "Miami" in his little jeans and Hawaiian shirts.
We like to think the little guy has been especially photogenic lately, not that we're biased. Here are a few of our favorites from the past few days:

Oh, those are beautiful photos! This grandma and grandpa miss him very much and are suffering Anthony-withdrawal, but we see he is in very good hands, and we will have to be content with the blog, thanks so much for the new posting! Can't wait to see the professional photos, he DOES look very Miami. I am wondering what he thought of the sunglasses! Love, Grandma Dianne

I think this is one of the very cutest and sweetest little guys ever. And he is getting so strong! Very soon now he will be holding his head up on his very own. Very athletic I think,
So cuddly too. No prejudice is being spoken either,
He sure has the life!

I am so envious. Jealous, or whatever word fits. I want to hold him too. He is changing now. And such grown up clothes. He'll be out there surfing or something before we know it. Please make sure I love him too. Love you all, Shirley
